Some people refuse to explore the spiritual realm,because they think its all brainwashing.But if you look into Christianity you will find basic truths.Take the word of Jesus for example,no normal person could of done what he did,and said what he did.People who are in faith reap the rewards from the spirit,the evidence is there if you actually look for it.Take a good look at those commandments,how well thought out were they.Whats more amazing is that no matter how many centuries go past,the commandments live on,and are very valid today.Here is an example of how the spirit works,an interesting read.

As i read this book i kept on sharing tears, thinking for the years i've led a lurid passed life and God has given me grace till this day that i'm a born again. I would've been in hell by now, having my share of the cake of punishment. I've dreaming and thinking about hell, as i walk, sleeping etc. I don't want to be there, and i pray God to give me enomous strength to do His will till the day i will leave this earth. I find no happeness, because the battle is continuous and happiness will only when we are victorious.
May God bless Mary K. Baxter.
But, does God allow a woman to be a preacher. Can i have an answer to this question.

Great Book

Great book. Lots on useful info whether you are just starting out or have been turkey hunting for years. Full of color photos and the author does a great job keeping your attention. I really enjoyed it and would strongly recommend this book.

Outstanding....for beginners and well experienced alike

I purchased this book because I was familiar with the authors writing in magazines. In spite of that I still expected a run of the mill book. Was I surprised!! If I could only recommend one book on turkeys this would be it. I've read a lot and most are just ok.
I'm 66 years old and started turkey hunting 25 years ago. I spend in excess of 100 days a year hunting and scouting for birds, all on public land in the Northwest - 6 states. This book reaffirms a lot of what I know,or thought I knew, and the tactics I use and, I still learned a lot! I wish this book would have been available years ago, it would have speeded up my learning curve by leaps and bounds. Read this well, follow Lovett's advice and you will be a much more sucessful hunter. I know I will be. Good luck.

This one is weak!

This book is basically a con job. The content is not really geared to pressured turkeys, which the title leads you to believe. It is just a general book about turkey hunting. Even more disappointing is that it is written by a guy who admits that he is new to turkey hunting. It also utilizes large color pictures to take up space, making the actual content of the book much less that its size, which is not that big anyway. It is a pretty good general turkey hunting book, but has nothing new in the way of hunting pressured turkeys. If you are interested in new information suited to hunting pressured turkeys, don't buy it.

Very clever intro into series

I hadn't heard of the Breaker series before I came across the novella Outcome as a free promotion. It's set in the world of the Breaker series, but is a standalone. I snapped it up and read it in one setting. The story works quite well on its own (how a man, his daughter, and a woman from the man's past) deal with the outbreak as they try to flee New York.

I've read a lot of both self-pubbed and dystopian fiction. I was very pleasantly surprised at Robertson's solid writing chops. He writes clearly, gives the reader distinctive characters, and moves the plot along as well as any traditionally pubbed writers. He's also great at world-building, creating a post apocalyptic world that is both familiar, but fresh, not something easy to do in the well trod dystopian genre.

Needless to say, I was eager to read the first book in the actual series. Imagine my pleasant surprise when I went to buy that book and found that it and the next two books in the series were 99c. Needless to say, I snapped them up and am already halfway through the first one, which is just as good. If you're into dystopian novels, I think you'll enjoy this series.

Lots of Potential

I found this novel to be quite frustrating! It began with a great deal of promise and potential with a strong female lead character who chooses to follow her heart and try to save at least a couple people more than just herself when she foresees the end of the world. It began with a good pace and a lot of potential, but then the story seemed to just get stuck in the rut of the search. If I had known that I was going to read an entire book, minus the first and last chapters, that was solely about hunting down people rather than choosing to actually get out of Dodge when the SHTF I would never have begun the book. I only stuck with it all the way thru because I just couldn't believe the WHOLE book would be such a narrow scope with very limited drama or adventure. I would probably give this author another chance because I felt there was a lot of potential, but this book was not one I would recommend.
